Withdrawals  


 

  • A month’s notice in writing should be given by the parents who wish towith draw the student from the school. Failing which the parents will have to pay the fees for the entire term. Pupils who leave in the month of May must pay the fee for May and June and those who leave in the month of February must pay the fee for February and March. Pupils who wish to leave after the declaration of annual result have to apply within a week, failing which they will have to pay annual charges and fees for the month of April.
  • All dues of the school should be paid in full and library books returned before applying for a Transfer Certificate.
  • Application Forms for withdrawal of students will be available in the School Office. Application on prescribed proforma only will be accepted.
  • April may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
  1. Disciplinary.
  2. Accumulation of tuition fee.
